（二）申请条件Application Conditions

用人单位在原岗位（职业）继续聘用申请人的，应当在申请人的来华工作许可有效期届满45日前向决定机构提出申请。

If the employer continues to employ the applicant in the original position (occupation), the application must be submitted to the decision-making authority at least 45 days before the expiration of the applicant's work permit in China.

居留期至Valid for Resisdence Util此栏显示日期即为居留许可过期日期

The "Valid for Residence Until" field displays the expiration date of the residence permit.

（四）申请延期应当遵循的时间Timeline to Follow for Extension Applications

（1）申请人在境外申请延期/On-line Extension (网上申请) For applicants applying for extension/online extensionouside CHINA

请务必在工作许可到期前至少45天将所需材料提交。过期前45天未办理延期，外专系统将自动注销。

Please ensure to submit the required documents at least 45 days (up to 120 days) before the expiration of the work permit. Failure to extend the permit within 45 days prior to expiration will result in automatic cancellation by the foreign expert system.

申请时应当提交的材料简易清单Materials to be Submitted at Application

1、工作许可证Work permit card

2、护照信息页，如护照有更新也要提供旧护照的信息页，以及护照变更申请函word电子版

Passport Information Page, including the information page of the old passport if it has been renewed, along with an electronic version of the passport renewal application letter in Word format.

3、新的中文合同或其他延期证明，合同起聘日期需和原合同结束日期保持连续

New Chinese Contract or Other Extension Proof, ensuring continuity with the original contract end date

4、旧的中文合同Old contract(Full document of Chinese version）

5、有效期内的工作居留许可Valid resident permit (Visa page)

6、职务变更申请函word电子版（延期时职务变更提供）Letter Requesting Position Change (if applicable)

7、超龄人员担保函word电子版（延期时超过60岁提供）Guarantee Letter for Applicants Over 60 Years Old (if applicable)

（2）申请人在中国境内申请工作许可延期+居留许可延期

Applicant in CHINA to apply for extension of work permit & resident permit (at least 45 days in advance, up to 120 days)

请务必在工作许可到期前至少30天将所需材料提交。过期前30天未办理延期，外专系统将自动注销。

Please ensure to submit the required documents at least 45 days (up to 120 days) before the expiration of the work permit. Failure to extend the permit within 45 days prior to expiration will result in automatic cancellation by the foreign expert system.
